According to a recent market research report by Grand View Research, Inc, the worldwide online gambling market size will reach 102 Billion by 2025. This forecast exceeds most other market research forecasts for the iGaming industry.

Grand View Research cites adoption of mobile sports betting, new online gaming payment service providers, Europe’s dominance in the market and the rapid growth of online gambling in Asian countries as reasons for their massive market size forecast.

The report also mentions gambling service providers holding a license where the company is located and notes William Hill PLC and PaddyPower BetFair PLC as key beneficiaries.

$102,000,000,000 seems like an overreaching estimate to me or maybe a bit optimistic. But here’s to hoping their forecast is accurate. Would be great growth for our industry (basically its saying the online gambling market will double in value in 6 years time).

It would be a good idea to include some information about online gambling market size on the GambleRock homepage http://www.gamblerock.com – its already a great introduction to online gaming and this would also be beneficial information for researchers and gambling industry analysts.

Maybe it is, but maybe not. I know there are many online casinos, sportsbooks and bitcoin gambling sites asking to be reviewed on GambleRock and we only have so much time as a small company. There are loads of legitimate casino sites on the Internet these days. I’m building a list of the best online casinos and will soon be building a new gRock page for top rated sportsbooks as well. That still leaves poker, lottery, bingo, scratch cards and esports betting that I need to cover after properly covering casinos then online sportsbooks.
